Management of pre-school

A group of trustees are entrusted with the overall responsibility for ensuring that the setting runs successfully in accordance with it aims.

The trustees are responsible for managing the pre-school’s finances, fundraising, employing and managing staff. The trustees ensure that the pre-school has and works to, policies which help it to provide a high quality of service, and makes sure that the pre-school works in partnership with the children’s parents/ carers.
